Doing nice things for others is a surefire way to elevate your vibrations. Every person you encounter is busy on their own path. Offering a kind smile or a compliment can change the moment as well as someone’s entire life, not to mention the changes it creates in your life as well. A great affirmation to practice while exploring acts of kindness is “because nice matters”. Do not underestimate the distance… kindness travels.

TO DO: List some random acts of kindness you can implement into your life.

MY LIST:
1. Sharing. A simple sharing of what you have even of no one ask for it can make a difference. 

2. Being grateful. I must admit, I'm a brat and other times I forget to say thank you to those who did me favors - big or small. Needless to say I want to correct that behavior.

3. To listen more than being heard of. I don't rule no one's life. I simply want what I think every member of my family deserves.
