Burnt

That's how I turned to after watching live Motocross event under a scorching weather with my cousins and friends, Monday - 1st of August while celebrating out town's 63rd Founding Anniversary. More stories about that HERE.

Now that face has already started cracking and peeling off making me look terrible and scary. It may take a couple of days to heal. Yeah, I know I was supposed to put on some sunscreen but I totally forgot it and so were my buddies we went home all burnt that day.

Oh well, that should be reminder enough. I am looking forward to witness The Kadayawan sa Dabaw Festival again this year. That's going to be on the next two weeks and I should better be ready for that. No sunburn this time. ;)

Robin Marvel is a She

Surprise!! It was indeed one hell of a surprise. We've been writing each other back and forth and none of her emails had given me any clue that she [Robin Marvel] isn't a He.

I promised to blog about the book she sent me as soon as I get hold of it. All along I've been using he to describe her. How on earth am I supposed to know that the person behind this male-sounding name was a woman and not a man? Not until I got this from her of course...

Aww!! That really made me want to just shrink till I get invisible! More so when JK told me that Robin is indeed a common girl's name in the US.
