Out with the New, In with the Old

I am referring to my regular workout routine. For the past year I do Billy Blanks’ 60-minute Basic Boot Camp Training – a combination of cardio, basic calisthenics and kickboxing. Using the instructional videos I’ve downloaded from a P2P site for free, I am able to do all these at home. Yes at home… and alone.

For some reasons, I am much more comfortable working out at home than in a gym. At home, I don’t have to worry about going to and back and things that has to do with it – weather, traffic, expenses and possibly some untoward incidents if you get unlucky. So at home, it is!

In my living room is where I used to alternately do the Basic and the Ultimate Boot Camp workout. But over time furniture and appliances that’s been added up narrowed down my space – preventing me from executing moves that requires space such as kick-boxing, jog walk and pushups. And so while thinking of ways to make things work for me, I just for the meantime; switched back to TaeBo Amped – a cardio and strength training. I did this for a year next to Billy Blanks’ Taebo Basic plus Aerobics.

That's what I like for a person who is resourceful. In your case, especially in your fitness program, you've done it at home. You're right you've save a lot of troubles. You can manage your own time. Keep it up.

ganahan ko aning fat burn accelerator..kaso, mabuang pod ko sa 52-minute..waaaaaah! pero ingun ako ate, dali ra jud daw ka mamayat..if you only spare time..unya ke ako perting tapulana..hahaha..sige reklamo nga tambok,pero sige pod reklamo kapoy work out.nyahahaha

i downloaded too lots of work out videos but never had time to use them...i on the other hand enjoy more group exercises or classes in gym because i easily get bored and tempted when doing it alone...maybe because i am fairly competitive so in the classes i want to finish or do more than the rest...

to each his own...

I'd like to try this one at home too. I have been developing lots and lots of belly fats these days and I thought I needed to hit the gym again but too lazy to do it. I will start with this.

Taebo is one of the great contributions of Billy Blanks in the field of physical health care. I knew about his physical training videos many years ago and it has got great success.

Good to hear that you are doing great with the help of Blank's exercise routines.

I don't know what to say... I maintain my size after having a baby. I was huge now back on track. That's good for you, if you think that's the best thing to do then continue working with your taebo. BTW you don't need to spend any penny to lose weight. Good luck Jennyxx
