Looking to Run Soon

Since the dawn of my fat loss quest, I have been looking to run… if only I have someone to do it with. Abdominal fat as many of us are aware of is one of the hardest to lose. Running is an excellent fat burning exercise according to health experts which also targets abdominal fat to a great extent, thereby reducing fat around the waist, hip and abdomen. It can be considered to be one of the most effective abdominal fat removal exercises.

Recently a friend of mine who is also struggling to lose fat brought up the idea of running. She asked if could run with her and the word “SURE” came out in a flash from my mouth. Finally, I will be able to run soon. We are yet to figure out when to start but it’s probably going to be any day from this week… or maybe tomorrow… who knows?

I had my pair of running shoes ready and definitely my camera too. I know, inconvenience, right? But sue me, I am still a blogger and none of those important chapters of my fat loss journey I want to miss so I will work around it. I will be fine.

Am I excited? Definitely! This is something I so long to do and now here’s my chance. Good luck to me!

I really wanted to lose some fats in my gut and running is one of them. Being unhealthy is not a great choice and it is health hazardous :-( How I wish I have the urge to run around the pond :-(

Yay good for you mommy, I myself love to run to but I do not have someone to accompany me, I guess I need to ask the husband to buy me a treadmill since the winter is coming it is better to run inside the house if you want to avoid accident because of the frozen ice on the ground..

ran for healthy lifestyle :D

same here, i have problem with my spare tire so to speak lol. i think the best thing we can do to lose this is to do sit-ups, which i'm lazy of doing it.

Running is really a good way to shed off some excess fats. I want to run myself but now that colder days are here I may have to opt for indoor exercising :-)

I wish I can do that but I only use something else but no luck still the weight is here. I guess I need a water fast just like hubby. For 11 days you can lose 10-25 pounds...

you can do it mommy! if there's room for running do it right away. here, winter is getting near so running outdoors is not so fun..

I have everything I need except that "push" to start my run. LOL. Hopefully, I can start soon.

I wish I have somebody to run with. I do walk with a friend sometimes but most of them are really not into "exercise"
