I don’t know if it’s just me but other than the lower belly fat, I also find arm fat hard to lose. I’ve read a source that says men tend to collect belly fat as they age while women gather arm fat as they gain weight. But in my case, I seemed to suffer both although I have already addressed some of my lower belly fat woes, I doesn’t seem to see any changes on my arms despite the intense workout. I even do resistance exercises. I lift weights as part of my workout program. I do push-ups. Those are designed to tone the muscles, help burn down the calories and eventually melt the fats away but none of what I’ve been doing seems to help, either. Or am I just being too impatient to see results? I hope I just am and it’s nothing to do with genetics at all.

I have fat arms too! Even when I was skinnier, I don't have the long skinny arms. Boksidor talaga arms ko huhuhu

You are not alone :-) I also become impatient why it's so hard for my arm to trim down :-) I wish there's an easy way :-)
You are not fat at all! I have trouble losing my belly fats...looks undesirable....:(
i'm not really sure but they said that stretching your arms up and down once in a while helps with the loosening skin... as for the fats hmmm alsa2 lang ug weights panagsa (not dumbbells or alike) but like isa ka baldi tubig bobo sa tanom hehe...

Oh gosh, you don't look that bad sis. But yes it is actually in our mindset that we thought we look fat or have a big arms. Well, I have the same mindset too. I think you look great.
But yes, we should always be careful and avoid the path to lead us to become over weight. Not because we look okay now doesn't mean we have to stop doing the routine that keeps like this in the first place. So, yes continue what you have started and keep up that va va voom figures.

In my opinion you doesnt look fat at all, tama ra mn imo lawas, I guess about the exercise, maybe you need to be patient to see the result..Good for you, you do exercise ako tamad kau, ga dako ra ako tiyan hehe...
i dont think arm fat is hard to lose, all you have to do is carry stuff around the house everyday, or do weight lifting then slowly it will firm. mine used to be loose.. now its a little bit firmer because of weigh lifting. i think the hardest is the thigh, buttocks and lower tummy. =(
